Your Support Is Guided by Expertise

When you give to Tiny Paws Pug Rescue, your generosity is stewarded by experienced, compassionate leaders who know how to save pugs in need. Since 2016, your support has powered lifesaving rescue, medical rehabilitation, and thoughtful rehoming for pugs and pug mixes across California—while strengthening partnerships that advance animal welfare and responsible pet ownership.

Adopt One, Save Two

When you choose adoption, your compassion creates immediate impact. Your decision opens a foster home for another pug in need—giving a second dog the chance to be rescued, loved, and healed.

Because of you, two lives change:

  • One pug finds a forever home
  • Another gets the help they’ve been waiting for

Your support doesn’t just save one life—it multiplies hope.

Our Rescue Model - Powered by You

Because of your generosity, every dog we rescue lives in a real home—not a kennel—while waiting for adoption. Your support gives each pug the comfort of a loving foster family, helping them feel safe, learn household routines, and show their true personality. That insight leads to better matches and more successful forever homes.

Your support also fuels our all-volunteer rescue team. These dedicated individuals give their time and hearts to ensure every dog gets the care they deserve. Thanks to you, they are able to:

  • Watch shelters and online platforms so no pug in need is overlooked
  • Welcome dogs from families facing difficult, often unexpected circumstances
  • Coordinate transportation, medical care, and safe foster placement
  • Promote adoptable dogs and carefully screen adopters to create lifelong matches

When you give, you’re not just supporting a rescue model—you’re creating second chances, stable homes, and brighter futures for pugs who need you most.

Our Impact

Entering our 10th year, TPPR has transformed the lives of more than 1,500 pugs and pug mixes. From seniors in need of hospice care to young pups facing abandonment, we’ve been there to provide compassion, care, and a fresh start. These dogs are more than pets—they're companions, healers, and cherished family members. We’re honored to be a bridge to their second chance.
