It is a very hard decision to make and even harder to actually do – but sometimes things just don’t work out. We are here to help by taking care of and finding a new loving forever home for your pug – no matter what the circumstances. Or, if you have found a stray or injured pug, we will take it in and get it immediate medical care and find it a home.

I love to go on walks and car rides with my foster mom and even though I am about 8 I am young-acting and very healthy!
She spent the first part of her life outside in the heat of the Central Valley suffering from mange. Can you give this little survivor a chance at a new life where she is cherished and cared for?
I get around great in my foster home and like going to work with my foster mom! I am doing good with my potty training and sleep all night in my crate without an issue. I love other dogs and being spoiled by my humans.
Meet Chip the sweet senior lady is looking for a home after ending up in a shelter. She is still spry and likes going for a walk and is potty trained on a schedule. She would love to be the center of your universe as isn’t super fond of other animals getting in her space.
Are you looking for a young, playful pug to add to your family? Do you want a social butterfly pug who you can take with you for lots of fun adventures? Do you want a pug companion for your energetic dog?
Yukon is being fostered in the Los Angeles area, so potential adopters must be local to meet Yukon.
This sweet snuggly 100% French bulldog by DNA found his way to our rescue after he was hit by a car and needed surgery to repair his broken leg. Archie has dazzled everyone he meets with his great personality and loving cuddles.
Handsome Hank loves playing with toys, and greeting you with an enthusiastic full body wag. He loves walks with his foster pug brothers and does well on a leash. If you are looking for a snuggle buddy when you relax in the evenings watching TV or reading a good book then look no further.
This beautiful young 5 month old girl is a pug/cavalier king charles spaniel mix and cute as a bug! She is looking for a home that is ready for puppy energy and potty training as was raised in an apartment and needs to learn her basic skills still and socialize. She is fully vaccinated per age and micro-chipped. Adopter will need to sign a spay contract as she is still a bit too young. Are you ready for some puppy kisses and cuddles?

So much good news happened over the weekend….Yoda, after 11 months with the rescue, was adopted. We always tell future adopters, the dog picks you, we just guide the voyage. Yoda, has had a difficult time forgetting the abuse of his younger life. Mainly because he had pain trigger points around his ribs, that reminded him every time someone wanted to pick him up. We’ve had people interested over the last year, but they were not the right fit. That was until Aubrie and her husband applied. They took their time. They met him twice.
On Fathers Day, Yoda got a forever family. His Dad, Jimmy drives a truck for a living, so Yoda is going to travel around with him. And when he’s home, Mom Aubrie, works from the house, so he will have continuous companionship. We couldn’t be happier for this guy. He was a misunderstood heartbreak. Thank goodness for his foster Mom, @pilesofpugs and his new family. These three saved a beautiful dog that could have been easily overlooked
Our programs include sending out ambassadors to raise social consciousness about the cause on a local level, and to hold fundraising events in order to provide immediate relief and assistance to those animals suffering from chronic malnutrition, hunger or in danger of euthanasia regardless of their source, ie shelters, homes, or strays.
Every bit helps. Medical expenses are high for these babies. Show your support. Each level supports our pugs and our volunteers with medical care, supplies, food, and tender loving care, and, it’s tax deductible!
